Support Networks is a Torbay based community project which specialises in recruiting and matching independent Personal Assistants to Adult Social Care funded clients needing care and support.This is a free service for personal assistants looking for care and support jobs in Torbay. This Project works alongside Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust and was set up to help increase care capacity in Torbay as well as increase job opportunities locally.
What we do
We hold a list of independent personal assistants who have gone through our recruitment and vetting process and match those available to referrals we receive.
Once these referrals are matched and completed, we no longer have involvement.
PA’s are not employed, paid or managed by us and we do not direct care in any way but we help with supporting PA’s with the necessary tools to become independent
